Terms of Service

By creating an account or using SEO Master in any way, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using SEO Master on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

SEO Master provides an AI-powered SEO platform including, but not limited to:

• Automated website crawling and SEO auditing
• Keyword rank tracking and historical data
• Competitor analysis and gap identification
• Content optimization recommendations
• Free SEO tools (meta tag generator, sitemap generator, etc.)
• AI-powered prioritized recommendations

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

Account Security

Notify us immediately at operations@panorify.in if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized account use before notification.

One Account Per User

Each individual may maintain only one free account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits is prohibited and may result in account termination.

You agree not to use SEO Master to:

• Crawl or analyze websites you do not own or have explicit permission to audit
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Distribute malware, spam, or malicious content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our source code
• Circumvent rate limits, plan restrictions, or usage quotas
• Resell or sublicense access to SEO Master without written consent
• Use our platform for any illegal or fraudulent purpose

Violations may result in immediate account termination and legal action where appropriate.

Paid subscription checkout is not available yet. The sections below describe how billing will work once paid plans are offered; until then you may use the free tier at no charge.

Subscriptions

When paid plans become available, they will be billed monthly or annually in advance unless otherwise stated at checkout. Prices will be displayed in USD and are subject to applicable taxes based on your location.

Free Trial & Free Plan

The free plan is available indefinitely subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free plan with 30 days notice.

Automatic Renewal

When subscriptions are sold, they will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will be able to cancel from your account settings unless we specify otherwise at purchase.

Refund Policy

When paid plans launch, refund eligibility will be stated at checkout and may include a money-back window on your first payment. Until then, no subscription fees apply to the free tier.

Price Changes

We may change our prices with 30 days advance notice. Continued use after price changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

Our Rights

SEO Master, including its software, design, branding, and content, is owned by Panorify and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or logos without written permission.

Your Rights

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SEO Master in accordance with these Terms and your subscription plan.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create within SEO Master. By using our platform, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.

Feedback

If you provide feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve our service without obligation to you.

Your use of SEO Master is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using SEO Master, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

SEO Master is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Guarantees of specific SEO outcomes, rankings, or traffic improvements
• Uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service operation
• Accuracy of third-party data including keyword volumes or competitor information

Search engine algorithms change frequently. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee specific ranking outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Panorify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of SEO Master shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain damages, so the above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Panorify and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of SEO Master
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit or transmit through the service

By You

You may close your account at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account with or without notice for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or if we discontinue the service. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use SEO Master ceases immediately. Your data will be retained for 30 days after which it is permanently deleted, unless required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, United States.

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may also have rights under your local consumer protection laws, which are not affected by this clause.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Sending an email to your registered address
• Displaying a notice on our platform for 30 days
• Updating the "Last updated" date above

Continued use of SEO Master after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you disagree with the updated Terms, please close your account.
